Hi there!

If you go to this page on CPAN:
http://search.cpan.org/~froggs/Alien-SDL-1.430/, you cannot access the
"View/Report Bugs" link. 
The target (http://search.cpan.org/~froggs/Alien-SDL-1.430/) returns an
error (cannot connect to server).

This should probably redirect to the github page, shouldn't it?
