help how do i install SDL_perl.dll

 i just installed sdl perl through cpan and when running some code it says
   Can't locate loadable object for module SDL_perl  which means
SDL_perl.dll is not found    im using Perl strawberry on windows

i checked my other computer that i setup awhile ago and it was using
sdl_perl.dll  in C:\Perl\site\lib\auto\SDL_perl   and  i don't remember how

running cpan install SDL only installed the code files

how do i install sdl_perl.dll
