Could you please send me the PerlApp commandline used to build the executable?
If you are using the GUI you can copy it out of the top panel on the Output tab.

The extraction path definitely looks weird, as it should either include the
process id when you use the --clean option (e.g. pdk-Anthony-1234/...), or
the "auto/Tcl" directory should have been replaced by a MD5 checksum when
you are not using --clean.
