RE: Scrolling a window

I searched for new_widget__scrolledwindow but none of the 4 places it is
used looked like they were examples.  The first place they are used is
in a notebook that is created and status and details are added to two of
the tabs.  In the other 2 places they are in a subroutine
"show_prefs_dialog".  I'll look again closely.

GUI.pm has several examples, just look for the code I mentioned.  I'd
only be cutting/pasting that code.
