As I see it - all these errors could be ignored, you can ignore these errors with "force" flag like this:

 cpan -f -i Tkx

however you've discovered some bug (which will not affect anything crucial, as I hope:)
therefore  I've made another CPAN release, please try the newer version 1.05, which also includes recent additions from some users.
