RE: Tcl procedure 'winfo' not found at ...

So i ran
   perl Makefile.pl
   make
while my x-client was active, but then shut it down and ran
   make test
and i started getting
   Tcl procedure 'winfo' not found at 
/home/huck/cvs/gits/github/perl-tcl-tk/blib/lib/Tcl/Tk.pm line 578.
