Uri Guttman [[email protected]] quoth: *> *>i know of a major LISA (sysadmins) list in boston that i am on. i can *>mention it there or should i wait until i do a presentation to them next *>month. BBLISA is for questions and such, I don't think an advert would be welcome since a separate list was created just for job postings. Don't forget the ULUG and geeks.com and MIT. Your best bet is to keep it geographicly centered as this is two weeks before TPC where people get 5days for $1500 and if people with day jobs had to choose one or the other as is most likely if they had to travel, they'd probably choose TPC. Also, I wouldn't call a class of 50 small. Sun runs a class out in Burlington for $1500-$1900 but the class is 5 days and the enrollment is limited to 15 people. I'd say that $999 for a 2-day class in a competetive market 2 weeks before TPC and 2 weeks after YAPC in a very specific vein is going to be challenging to fill with 50 people, Damian or not. Spend your advertising time close to home. e.
