Ah.  Then I can just do:

  C:\My Documents\Perl> Hello.pl

and it will run it that there Command Prompt window?

Is there any searching with this?  One of the things I like best is
being able to do things like:

  % perldoc -f mkdir

which is much harder to find with HTML docs.
