Perl Trainers BOF at TPC5

Fellow Perl trainers, here's something for your Perl Conference schedule:

This BOF will be (like last year) for Perl trainers to share war stories, 
tips, tricks, magic moments, things that worked, things that didn't, and 
ask questions about the same.  Hope you can make it!
