I don't think there is a violation  as perltraining is a generic term.
If there is a confusion then it will more likely to happen that someone
types in the .com ending instead of the .org while looking for the
directory.
Nevertheless I asked Joseph (and registered perltrainsers.com :-)

Well, this is basically the only thing I mentioned on the site that
some of the companies work in more than one country and for now I list
them only in one place. In any case if you or someone else from 
Stonehenge will send me a few lines including where do you give 
training then I add this under the URL as I do it with others.

I have seen one dead link there when I checked and it seemed that there
are rather few companies which I thought is a pity. I guess the above
explains it. So I am sorry for talking before I got a confirmation.
