I don't think there is a violation as perltraining is a generic term. If there is a confusion then it will more likely to happen that someone types in the .com ending instead of the .org while looking for the directory. Nevertheless I asked Joseph (and registered perltrainsers.com :-) > > additionally, some of the companies that you listed teach > internationally. i know Stonehenge Consulting Services does, > so listing them by country can be misleading. Well, this is basically the only thing I mentioned on the site that some of the companies work in more than one country and for now I list them only in one place. In any case if you or someone else from Stonehenge will send me a few lines including where do you give training then I add this under the URL as I do it with others. > > http://www.perl.org/phbs/training.html ) > > which has not been maintained for while - but has not received any > reply > > yet. > > it is maintained, but i haven't added to it because i > don't recommend companies that i don't know about or have any > way of evaluating. I have seen one dead link there when I checked and it seemed that there are rather few companies which I thought is a pity. I guess the above explains it. So I am sorry for talking before I got a confirmation. regards -- Gabor -- Gabor Szabo http://www.perl.org.il/ http://www.perltraining.org/ for now and later we'll see :)
