It sounds like you're asking that someone set up a database of perl
exercises where people can add new ones, improve old ones, etc.;
something like www.perlfaq.com but for training exercises. (go poke
around the site)

So ... what's stopping you from doing it?  It sounds like a good idea
to me.  Or were you soliciting volunteers to do it for you?  :-)
