I can second that. They are knowing, capable, flexible, charming, and
good. They can listen.

I think that, to earn a living, you need to publish several
good-selling books, 3 to 4 per year. Maybe more. You need to be a 100%
book writer to do that, and I doubt you can do that with a single
specific topic.
