perl training road map

  When decision makers compare Perl to Java or to .NET one of the issues
  they look at is the availability and the seriousness of training.
  What they see is that in Java [1] or .NET [2] there are "road maps"
  about how to become a J2EE expert or how to become an MCP. In Perl
  either you have only one single course or if there are more courses
  they seem to be a set of independent courses. Not a "road map".

  So I'd like to build for my company a road map. I looked at other
  companies:

  If there are other such road maps, please share them with me.

  The above two are OK but I was thinking of several blocks, one for each
  professional so there would be one for:
  - Web Application development
  - Testing (QA)
  - System Administrators

  Is it worth separating these fields ?
