Yes.

Rarely do I teach without hands-on.

I prefer hands-on - I don't like talking for 6-7 hours a day.  I prefer
talking no more than 30 minutes followed by 30-45 minutes of labtime.

I'm flexible.  I use whatever is available.  Luckily, most of my clients
are Unix shops.
