I can ditto this.  I also make it a point to leave the classroom in as good 
shape and where possible, better than I found it.  This extended to 
cleaning off the existing crud from whiteboards I didn't even use at the 
last class.  Assume that whoever's responsible for the facility will at 
some point talk to whoever books you, and if they can't stop raving about 
how you're the most considerate presenter they've ever had, it can't hurt.
