Gisle and porters,

Thank you for numerous patches/bugfixes/suggestions recently.  
Unfortunately I am in the middle of moving out so I do not have time to 
respond till December 10th or so (I do have IP-reachable environment 
most of the time but I have like 30 min a day to sit down, relax and 
code).  Thank you in advance for your patience.
