suggestion : include Pod::POM::Web in Strawberry Professional

Hi all,

This is really self-promotion, since I'm the author of Pod::POM::Web ...
but I really think it could be useful to users of Strawberry
Professional, as a powerful documentation browser. 

Pod::POM::Web was heavily inspired by ActiveState excellent HTML
documentation; but instead of producing static HTML files at module
installation time, it starts a little daemon that generates pages on the
fly. Links to the daemon and to the homepage could easily be added to
the Strawberry Professional start menu.

If this proposal is accepted and you need help or adaptations of any
kind on Pod::POM::Web, I'm available.
