Re: strawberry perl subversion bindings

I'm an active SVK user, and even though it's no longer actively
developed, the last windows build was done over two years ago and is
missing a bunch of fixes. I cannot use any of the new fancy version
control tools because they don't seem to be able to have their revision
numbers synchronized (or don't even care about such a concept). And I
refuse to use subversion as long as SVK exists.
