Bootstrap Perl

Hi,

Since the February release of StrawberryPerl is still in beta, and
since Perl 5.14RC1 has been available for some time, and since I have
not seen any attempts at building 5.13 or 5.14 Strawberries I thought
that I should myself try to build one and see how far I'll get.

On the StrawberryPerl website http://strawberryperl.com/beta/ is a
link to a 'bootstrap' perl that should include all tools to build a
Strawberry: http://strawberryperl.com/download/bootstrap/bootstrap-perl-5.10.1.2.msi
-- unfortunately the link is broken.

Second thought was to set up a Portable perl in a different location
and use that to install all needed modules on.
I tried with two different perls (5.10.0 and 5.12.2) but got stuck at
the same point; when trying to install WiX3. Build output is here:

Can anyone offer advice; either where to get the Bootstrap perl or how
to get the WiX3 module to install properly?
