The main installer is at http://www.strawberryperl.com/downloads/5.12.3.0/strawberry-perl-5.12.3.0.msi and for 64-bit machines, at http://www.strawberryperl.com/downloads/5.12.3.0/strawberry-perl-5.12.3.0-64-bit.msi . The last build of 5.10.1.5 is at http://www.strawberryperl.com/downloads/5.10.1.5/strawberry-perl-5.10.1.5.msi , as well. Future builds of 5.10.1 will not be on a regular basis, but on an 'as-required' basis only. A beta-test version of 5.14.0, with an updated toolchain, will probably be available for beta-testing within a week or two. Links to all of the other versions (.zip files, portable, D-drive 5.10.1) that are usually released with Strawberry Perl are at http://csjewell.dreamwidth.org/19249.html . Release notes and that kind of stuff are not up yet, but will be within the next few days.
