Re: CPAN::Reporter and strawberry perl portable

Thanks for the reply.  I'll be sure to test the
latest SPP and send any CPAN::Testers problems
there.  Sometimes it is difficult to tell where
to start with these multi-X issues where X is
modules, distributions, projects,...
