libthai to strawberry release

Dear all and kmx,

Would it be possible to add libthai (and probably its dependency libdatrie) to
the next binary dist of strawberry?  This would be needed for proper word
breaking of thai text. The thai writing has a rather peculiar feature that it
doesn't have spaces between words, and one must bring a small thai dictionary
to make proper text wrapping.
