Hi,

I would like to report a problem when using wxPerl from wxPerl.App

The problem is when in shell launching wxPerl, I get :
$ wxPerl
$wxPerl: posix_spawn: /Library/Perl/5.16/darwin-thread-multi-2level/auto/Wx/wxPerl.app/Contents/MacOS/wxPerl5.16: No such file or directory

The shell add perl version add the end of the command.

ENV is :
- mac os 10.9.5
- prerequisites ok and compiled by myself using perl5.16 (same thing with perl5.18 on another machine
