Wx::TreeCtrl tool tips

Hi,

I am not understanding how to control the tool tip that gets posted by
lingering the mouse over an item in a Wx::TreeCtrl, as shown in the
attached screenshot.  The various tool tip setters and getters that
Wx::TreeCtrl is supposed to inherit from Wx::Window don't work -- or
at least, don't work in a way I understand.

I would be grateful to be shown a snippet of code that demonstrates
how the text of the tool tip is set.  Also an example of how to
disable the posting of the tool tip altogether, would be great.
