Compatibility

I am currently consolidating miscellaneous wxPerl versions and patches and
hope to come to a new, clean release that is suitable for the future.

Talking about the future, after this release I intend to drop support for
older versions of wxWidgets. Minimum 3.0 (released 2013), probably even 3.2
(2022).

Same for Perl: minimum 5.26 (2017), probably 5.30 (2019).

I heard someone mention RedHat 8 (2002) but I assume RedHat EL 8 (2019) was
meant. Current RHEL8 version is 8.9, what perl and wxWidgets versions does
it have?
