Announcing wxPerl 3.010

wxPerl version 3.010 has been released and is available on GitHub.

This version fixes some compile/build bugs with stricter C++ compilers and
toolchains. As a consquence, building requires ExtUtils::XSpp >= 0.19
and ExtUtils::ParseXS >= 3.61.

Also included are fixes contributed by Brett Estade contributed that make
the build tests succeed again with wxWidgets 3.3.1 and later.

For best results, remove all installed Alien::wxWidgets packages and
install the latest from GitHub.

**This version CAN NOT be used with wxWidgets older than 3.2.
Use https://github.com/sciurius/wxPerl/releases/tag/R0.9933 instead.**
