Pam Perl or JAPH ready

Announcing... (Drum roll, please) the third publicly available version
of libPam_Perl: 0.003 codename dam assumptions.
http://appliedplastic.com/code/libPam-Perl-0.003.tar.gz or search cpan
for Authen::PAM::Module. The constants are the way I like, the namespace
is registered (changed from old versions), and all the tests I have done
have been successful. unfortunately I still have a couple issues like
cleanup assumptions. Comments are appreciated.
