Check In Date and Dorms

Is there a check-in for the conference on the day before (Sunday)? If
so, I'm assuming that the dorms would be available starting on Sunday?
I'm just trying to plan my flight and dorm arrangements and I want to
make sure that I'll have a dorm to sleep in if I get there on Sunday.
