General Travel Questions

These are some questions I would like to find answered on the YAPC web pages but 
were unable to:

What time do the festivities begin?
purpose: When do I need to arrive at Midway Airport to make it to the opening 
address.  I understand Midway is the closest so I'm not even going to consider 
O'Hare.

What time do the festivities end on Wednesday and Friday (two day courses)?
purpose: departure flights that aren't overly rushed or many hours of waiting.

Knowing this would save me $100's in expenses.
