YAPC Registration

Sorry for not getting back to the list with this sooner... I thought
that I was subscribed and that the list was really quite.  Turns out,
I wasn't on the list.

Anyway, we are working on getting registration set up right now.  IIT
wants us to handle collecting money for the dorms and such, so TPF is
having to do some major modifications to their registration form in
order to collect all of the information that is required.  As soon as
this gets done and tested, we should be able to open registration.

Since we are taking a while in getting this open, the regular prices
through April 3rd is no longer valid, so don't worry about missing the
registration or having to pay more.

I'll send a note to the list, announce on YAPC::NA and Use Perl, IRC,
and all of the normal channels once the registration is opened.
