OTTO WARMBIER IS A KLEPTOMANIAC

For all we know Otto was a kleptomaniac with one goal in mind which was 
to steal a propaganda poster from every country he visited. Finally he 
got caught but in the worse possible country of North Korea and they 
roughed him up real good. If I had of been there to hoof him up the arse 
first before he tried to steal that poster he'd still be alive today. 
Maybe I should write to his parents.
