This reminds me of Otto Warmbier drinking Korean firewater to summon up 
all his courage to steal that propaganda poster and bring it back to the 
Methodist church for everyone to see and Otto would have gotten that 
used car worth 20 thousands dollars and sold it to feed his poor 
starving family. Not really a death row in North Korea but you end up 
dead if you shirk your duties in those labor camps. One can only surmise 
Otto was backslacking.
