Tonight we had fish and chips at a small place in the neighborhood.
Malt vinegar, of course, and mash peas.  Didn't touch the tartar sauce.

How many points off for it being (technically) a French restaurant?  
(Blame my sister for that -- she scouted the neighborhood for a place
that served F&C _and_ had working air conditioning.  It's hot in
the city!)

Visited the Churchill War Room today, then walked through St. James park
to Buckingham Palace.  Tomorrow we set sail for the Arctic circle.
