	I assume that was a customs officer being bloody minded.

	Once (Before EU) while I was lolling about in customs at
Felixstowe, a tanker of Carlsberg from Denmark was coming
through, they sampled about five gallons of lager to make sure
itreally was beer and offered me a glass. I declined it was a bit
early in the day for me.
