Moments ago, news media outlets in Minnesota announced that Judge Peter
Cahill has ordered the third-degree murder charge against former
Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin to be dropped.



This is unequivocally inexcusable, but not surprising. The criminal
justice system in the United States is woefully inept and incapable of
holding police officers held accountable for their actions.



It is a system that cannot be allowed to continue to operate in
perpetuity. It does not serve its stated purpose. It is diseased with
rot and a fungus that no ointment can eradicate. It is a poisoned tree
offering only poison fruit. It beacons "come hither and relax in my
shade", but it offers no salvation from the heat of violence and
oppression. It instead holds up the sky and the blazing insufferable
mass of capitalism and demands worship of the demon sky with every drip
of toxic dew from its leaves.



It must not be allowed to continue to perpetuate this heinous charade.


Justice must be done, and justice can only be seen by the hands of the
working class taking power from the unjust and oppressive cabal that
stifles all human life.
