No, transformers were more "affirmed" back when they were off the
streets and on top of telephone poles.

I attirbute that to the increase in asian drivers. Those people just
can't keep there cars off the sidewalk. They need to hire wetbacks to do
the driving. Did you know Mexico city has less accidents than Tokyo.
