Near as I can tell, that has happened once in Virginia (according to the NYT) yesterday. It seems to have amounted to about less than 10 people (judging from the picture) imitating the Whiner-in-Chief, the alleged president, and encouraging people to vote for him. Obnoxious yes, but the officials opened other doors so that voters could avoid them
