AFTERSHOCK IN BENTONVILLE
A 5.7 earthquake just struck 2 miles east of Bentonville. It is believed to be an aftershock from the 6.5 quake that struck about 2 weeks ago. There are no reports of any major damage yet, however some areas are reporting local power outages.
Also, JJS was hit with a massive downpour today, with rain continuing in Bentonville, JJC, Virginia City, Philadelphia, and now moving into the
Winsor-Westminster area. There are flash floods being reported in the mountains, and a flash flood warning is in effect for the northern part of the state until 9pm tonight. There is also cloud to ground lightning and dime sized hail being reported in Bentonville and other areas of the state.
Tonight is expected to be cold, with temps in the low 50s in Bentonville, 48 in JJC and Virginia City , 37 in Philadelphia, and 34 in the Winsor-Westminster area. Some areas will drop below freezing, creating dangerous icy conditions.

Arson fire in Philadelphia
Tonight, there was an arson attack on an abandoned 3 story house just north of Philadelphia. The home was red tagged due to damage from the recent North Sea quake. Nobody was injured, and police are looking for a white male in his 40s or 50s who they believe is mentally disturbed. Residents reported seeing this same man starting smaller fires in the area during the past few months. The fire tonight was quickly put out, but the house's interior was completely gutted.

Car goes wrong way on the I-1.
A car was spotted driving the wrong way on the I-1 tonight, just south of JJC. The driver was an elderly man in his late 80s who suffers from dimentia. He drove for about a mile southbound. while drivers frantically swerved to avoid him. He was going about 25 miles an hour and he pulled onto the side of an on ramp after he realised what was happening. Police shut down the on ramp, and paramedics came to taje him to a local hospital. He said that he thought he was just driving through his neighborhood and he was trying to find his house.
No one was injured and no charges will be filed.
