Let alone, even by your own logic, this guy didn't rape any of those cops daughters, or your daughter did he, so what would their, and your excuse be in the context of what actually happened? Let alone you're just speculating, and "some guy" is assuming. Do either of you know what the guy was in jail for?

You can see that look on his face the moment he steps on camera.

It looks like the cop was trying to interrogate the suspect, and began wailing on him when the suspect didn't tell him what he wanted to hear. It might have even been an attempt at getting a false confession, but we don't know because of the lack of audio. :\
