The Liberal Supreme Court did it.... by declaring they can't declare a
human life a person, the negative of declaring them a non-person.

You see how Democrats do things, they make the inverse of what they want
become their position. To nullify the Constitution's Amendment 10 that
requires they have the delegated powers.  They pretend they can't call
it what it is, like the JIM CROW LAWS that they now call Affirmative
Action laws.

*One person's Affirmative Action law is another person's Jim Crow law*

You see how the JIM CROW laws created by Democrats were found to be
unconstitutional, so the Democrats set about to use "Affirmative Action"
laws against whites in favor of the blacks until they reverse that and
use Affirmative Action laws against BLACKS and again you have the JIM
CROW LAWS back into being the laws but they simply call them something
different.  But they got their same old JIM CROW LAWS after twisting the
words and the people's minds into knots.  But Democrats are still the
same people....  the ones that were pro slavery and created the JIM CROW
*LAWS* and created the KKK....  and filibustered the CIVIL RIGHTS ACT
and then later turned the civil rights act on it's head and used it to
mandate peoples action by calling your own personal activities
"discrimination". But the Constitution says nothing about WE THE PEOPLE
it says the *STATES* can not discriminate when it says "nor shall any
*State* deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due
process of law; nor deny to any person within *its jurisdiction* the
equal protection of the laws."

Just as they used ACORN to attack freedom and the American system and
then when they were caught in their corruption using GOVERNMENT MONEY to
FUND their illegal prostitution to finance their corruption they simply
closed the ACORN corporation and opened a dozen new CORRUPTION entities
that do the same thing. They still import the illegal aliens they use
for prostitution over the Southern Border, it's who Democrats really are.

It's a pattern of deception and creating a lack of transparency and then
lie lie lie.  The Democrats are trying to create the inverse by calling
you racists and blaming you for discrimination when it's the government
that has been MANDATED BY AMENDMENT 14 to give equal protection of the law.




The question is whether the USSC declaration that a human life is NOT a
person  means they declared it a non person or whether the USSC declared
that they had no power to declare a human life to be a person....


And if it's the latter, then the delegated powers fall to the States to
decide because as Amendment 10 says...

Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, *nor*
*prohibited by it to the States* , *are reserved to the States*
respectively, *or to the people* .

Which means we could create a referendum...  or an Amendment to the
constitution, or the States can individually make their own decisions as
to person-hood.
