He asked Leavitt✝️ why trump doesn’t just tell Mike Moses Johnson to pass a
LEGAL tariff bill, instead of so much wrangling with courts.
She never really answered the question though, other than to say that the
courts are full of radical activist judges blah blah blah, it’s the
president’s constitutional right to do what he’s doing, and if the judges
want to make policy they should run for office themselves.

Great question from Doocy. One that I posted here exactly last night. The
truth is that many Republicans in Congress would not vote for this stuff
because it will cost them their seats and they know this. So Trump has to
play autocrat.
