Well the subject line got it right, she did screw up, or did she?
Maybe she distrusted Obama/Biden more then TRUMP PENCE and figured the
odds against her were worth taking....
After all, she could have retired while Antonin Scalia was being
buried. Then Obama would have had two Justices to name at the same time
and it would have made it a crisis, but she or the Democrats decided she
was worth more in her robes than a new unknown would be.
Too bad who ever made that call they got it wrong.
If it was RBG herself who decided to stay in office after Scalia died
then she wasn't really a very deep thinker. I know because I thought of
it and I'm certainly no genius.
