Someone was shot inside CHOP, while the police outside did the JOB, why didn't you read what I wrote.... before you attack me. I said that they don't have police inside CHOP so how did they arrest him OBVIOUSLY THEY DIDN'T arrest anyone inside CHOP. Are you stupid or can't you read? Rioting inside or outside of CHOP, according to SEATTLE LAWS is the same.
