This judge -- CLONTZ -- is unhinged. He pulled his facts out of the air to deny this deserving wife a domestic violence restraining order. If he keeps his black dress he'll do irreparable damage to the judicial office...and the people of this county. The appellate court was correct to scold him for "practicing medicine" and finding facts which were not in evidence. I hope he recused himself before he did more damage to this woman's life. The ruling in Clontz's court suggests some kind of camaraderie feeding a bias for the husband, a bribe, or just plain ignorance.
