The appellate court was correct to scold him for "practicing medicine" and finding facts which were not in evidence. I hope he recused himself before he did more damage to this woman's life. The ruling in Clontz's court suggests some kind of camaraderie feeding a bias for the husband, a bribe, or just plain ignorance. Hows the hissy fit with the car deeler going?
