I know you weren't. I was joking with Michael, since I too don't 
see any sensible reason for the "original text restored" junk. 

Do you understand why people object to this stuff, or do you just 
assume that objecting must mean I'm some kind of bad person? 

It gets old, Will. It gets really, really old. The group's 
flooded with 70 or more messages every day, and very few of those 
should have been posted. You ignore gentle feedback, but when 
anyone gets more forceful, you say you're the victim of an evil 
troll.

It's okay. 

I've decided to move on. I'm going to unsubscribe, for now at 
least. There are better things I can do on Usenet than try to 
revive the poetry community specifically. There are plenty of 
other groups which are merely empty, not flooded. 

I doubt you believe it, but I don't wish you any harm.
