It only matters to me that they do. What they pay their employees is between them and their employees. It's just another side to free enterprise capitalism. The employer and the employee voluntarily enter into an agreement for a wage and benefits that is acceptable to both. Anyone who thinks they are being underpaid at Walmart is free to seek employment elsewhere. If they can't land a job elsewhere, maybe their job skills aren't worth that much to begin with.
