Here's a scenario: I'm on a vacation trip- or on a business trip- two states over and needed to take the car to a dealer for emergency service. And stupid me- I'm such a butt-head, I neglected to pack all my service records in my suitcase before I left. So I'm wondering- does this dealer have access to the car's service history and problems or not? -- If you look closely enough, you'll see that the high horse you're riding on is actually a donkey
