Please highlight it or make it bold when you reply... I don't see the word "NOT" except in front of shall *not* BE INFRINGED . That would suggest that the "not" is directed at someone that could infringe that RIGHT and that would be the Government wouldn't it? SO the only reference to *NOT* is directed at the Government while the people's RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR *ARMS* is actually being protected from it being prohibited by government thanks to "shall not be infringed".
