And yet they violated the Constitution when you read it, it's violating 
the Constitution and that is against the laws and their oath... The Oath 
is to protect and defend the Constitution NOT violate it.

Otherwise I too can violate all the constitution limits and no one can 
do anything. It isn't Legislation if they had no DELEGATED power in the 
Constitution to pass such legislation.

They are violating Amendment 10... in that very same U.S. 
Constitution... that allows them all legislative powers but NOT the 
power to ignore the rest of the U.S. Constitution

Which means that when they pass a law that is unconstitutional they have 
violated either your RIGHTS or the States RIGHTS/JURISDICTION.

And as I read it they didn't have that power which means they acted 
outside and against the Constitutional jurisdiction and the States and 
WE THE PEOPLE who they serve.  They aren't above the laws or the 
Constitution.


Above I noted that they have the power to pass Constitutional laws... 
laws that they have been delegated the power in the constitution to 
pass, no others are even considered LEGISLATION they are outside the 
jurisdiction of the legislature and the courts to respond to other than 
to say that they are outside their jurisdiction. Remember it is limited 
Government and a limited Congress... Limited by, the Constitution. It's 
NOT a see what crimes you can get away with Constitution it's a 
Constitution that forms *a NATION of LAWS* , in case you remember 
Democrats using that phrase... I know I do.

Where does it say they can pass laws NOT within their jurisdiction and 
that aren't from delegated powers in the Constitution, you point that 
out to me.  I just pointed out to you where the Constitution says they 
can't pass legislation that they have no delegated power to write 
(Amendment 10 remember?).

NOT EXACTLY it delegates the Congress as the ONLY Federal Branch of 
government having the legislative powers that conform to the 
Constitutional boundaries and jurisdiction created in the U.S.

Section 1. *All legislative Powers herein granted* shall be vested in a 
Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House 
of Representatives.

What legislative powers are herein granted...? The power to make laws as 
per Amendment 10 limitation on them that says they can only use powers 
delegated to the United States by this U.S. Constitution.

So where is the delegated power "in" the Constitution to do the things 
you tell me they can do? Like ban AR-15's?


NOT just the power to legislate...  NOT only can't they legislate 
unconstitutional laws but they can't pass laws because the Constitution 
requires they send it to the President for the Presidential signature or 
*VETO*  and if is is vetoed by the president or allowed to set for (10 
days I think) then the Congress can pass it into laws if they have a 2/3 
vote to pass it.... so NO they can't "pass laws" without following those 
Constitutional mandates.

And there is also a mandate in the Constitution that ALL BILLS TO RAISE 
REVENUE are created in the House of Representatives.  They also have to 
follow that Constitutional mandate... so NO they can't simply make laws 
they have to do it according to the Constitutional process mandated in 
the Constitution ARTICLE 5, that requires a 3/4 ratification by the 
States. The States get to add or remove what the DELEGATED POWERS laws 
can be legislated about.  And RIGHT NOW that process says in Amendment 2 
that it's "the RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE to keep and bear arms".  NO room for 
the Federal Government or the States to legislate in that sentence.  No 
powers delegates only denied to the STATES and never any power delegated 
to the "United States".

It puts to bed you myth that there is any way the States or the FEDERAL 
ATF or other agencies can ban any arms.

AND YET ANOTHER MANDATE is that the CONGRESS have the delegated 
powers... as per Amendment 10.

You do see where it says that those powers NOT delegated to the
*United States are reserved to the States or the people*

That delegated power is just as pertinent as having the President sign 
the Bill from Congress into law or to Veto it. Without that delegated 
power they are violating the United States Constitution. That's why the 
Supreme Court is asked to decide jurisdiction on so many laws being 
unconstitutional... (meaning the legislature is ignoring the processes 
of the Constitution to pass a law) ...passed into law and that violates 
our RIGHTS and or States RIGHTS/JURISDICTION.

That question is moot when they started that process by ignoring the 
U.S. Constitution.  It was always unconstitutional....  after they 
violated the Constitution by NOT citing the delegated power that it's 
derived from and showing proof that it is Constitutional and within 
their jurisdiction to engage in legislating such a bill in Congress.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse... we pay lawyers to keep them from 
violating laws and being indicted for it.  If they legislate illegal 
laws they need to be indicted for that crime.
